renovation upgrade Service
Existing homes
The energy advisor serves as a consultant to a homeowner and assists with renovations that can reduce energy consumption and related costs, reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) and improve health, comfort and durability of the home. This service is delivered as an add-on to the basic service. The homeowner is given a Renovation Upgrade Report to help prioritize specific renovation options.
Construction upgrade Service for new homes
New homes
The energy advisor serves as a consultant to Builders to assist in designing houses with better energy performance. The purpose of this service is to encourage and promote energy efficiency upgrades for new houses at the design stage. With this service, builders are provided with upgrade recommendation packages on how the energy efficiency of a proposed house can be improved.
